I don’t usually do this, but after speaking to Maria I felt compelled to share my experience. I read the reviews and loved the work they do and was a little nervous about my 93 year old home. Maria assured me we are in good hands and explained how the process will go (which that helped my Anxiety more than she probably realized) and got me a date that worked for my husband and I. Can’t wait to see what their specialist has to say about my roof, but thanks Maria for calming me down and putting me on the right path.

I have never written a review for anything but I was inspired by the professionalism and craftsmanship of Quality Homes to do so now. My elderly father was determined to replace his roof and I wanted to ensure it was done properly. But I live in another state and could not be present the entire time. Quality Homes’ excellent service began with their knowledgeable sales team. It extended to their thorough explanation of their quality product. Their construction manager was efficient and his workers skillful. The job was done great start to finish. And I felt comfortable leaving my elderly father in their capable hands. I would (and will) recommend this company to friends and colleagues. Completely satisfied. They did a fantastic job with Dad’s roof! It looks awesome

I was looking to have my roof done so I found quality homes USA and called them for a quote. They sent me a very nice inspector named Kane. He took his time and showed me everything I need to know. I am so happy with the service and how comfortable he mad me feel.I know now I made the right choice and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

My beautiful front door that Abbas assisted us in choosing was originally installed not to great. We had to have the door adjusted a few times and still we had a draft which is exactly why we had bought a new front door! They had changed project manager when we had called again for another adjustment and sent Justin. Justin was amazing! Professional and diligent at his craft. He even had a gentlemen from the company that composes the doors, who was so nice and professional as well come check out our door. The PM’s goal was for us to be happy with the product and work and that’s exactly what was executed. Justin’s work and time was appreciated.

My grandparents bought our house in 1951 here in Ozone Park, NY. The original roof was cedar wood with tar paper and then shingles. I do remember my parents getting the roof done like 30 yrs ago. The roofer back than just put tar paper and shingles on top of old roof. We knew our roof was old and would need a major overhaul, as we were seeing water damage in our attic. The Quality Homes team was very good at explaining everything to us, using pictures from their phone. The Remodeling Advisor Bill and the Project Managers Phillip were very professional and organized. They put us on priority. The crew of installers came,were all hardworking, timely, and fast. The team was very thoughtful of our home and left everything clean. Phillip the project manager went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything and were satisfied at the end. He also cleaned up the mess in our attic from the roofing work. We can rest assured now knowing that we have a high quality roof and our home is protected. This is the third project Quality Homes USA has done for us. In 2016, they did a great job replacing all our windows and last year (2018) worked on installing a new garage roof. We highly recommend them for all home repairs.

We just got our new roof today through Quality Homes USA. It was a pleasure working with Justin, Luis and Carlos. For most big jobs, you can almost expect everything to go wrong, but anything that went wrong, they quickly resolved it and worked to fix the issue right away. We own a large Victorian house with a complicated roof. We have had experiences with various roofers in the past. Our experience with Quality Homes was outstanding from start to finish. Justin, the project manager, was amazing! He kept us informed every step of the way. Any concerns or questions were addressed promptly and professionally. Justin made several recommendations that enhanced the final product. His crew was great ! They were incredibly hard working, professional and neat. Many of our neighbors praised their work while it was in progress and the beauty of our new roof and gutters.
